Orders may be delayed due to item availability or credit card verification issues. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our warehouse for the tracking information to appear in the UPS tracking system. Kirby and Company offers UPS ground shipping within the U.S.
Unfortunately at this time we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Please contact us at customercare@kirbyandcompany.com if you need to ship to an APO address.
